   Payment

     For retail orders, we offer the following optimal payment schemes:

 1) Wire transfer to our bank account specified in the agreement.

 2) Payment with a plastic card         

     Instant payment by VISA / MASTERCARD / MAESTRO card in any currency, without leaving your home.

     Please note that the debiting currency is EUR, and you need to check the conversion rate of the bank that issued your card.

     Payment via WEBPAY. WEBPAY™ electronic payment system is a secure online payment with VISA and MasterCard bank cards.       

 The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection using a secure encryption Protocol and saves confidential data of the client's bank card.

     After making a payment using a bank card, you must save a sales slip (payment confirmation received in the online store)

Refund

Two weeks (14 days) from the date of goods receipt are granted to a customer to claim for a refund for purchased commodities.

Substantiation for a refund:

1. Non-compliance of the received product with the declared parameters (color, length, product material, etc.)
2. Misfit of the size, color, style of the product, etc.

Limiting conditions:

1. Second-hand (with visible signs of wear and tear) products are not eligible for refund or replacement.
2. All manufacturer's tags and stickers must be preserved intact.

Pay-back period:

The refund will follow within five days after receiving a customer's parcel with a faulty product. If a customer pays with a bank card, the corresponding amount will come back to the same card (it may take up to 30 days, depending on the bank that issued your card).

Product warranty

The warranty covers the purchased goods according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On protection of consumer rights" (dated 09.01.2002 № 90-Z; ed. from 08.07.2008)
