Conditions of a retail order refund

 

If the received product does not fit a customer's expectations for any reason, the buyer may send it back to the seller within two weeks after receiving it. In this case, the cost of return consignment is at the buyer's expense. 

To claim for a refund, the buyer must:

- preserve the product's vendibility (clothes rail, labels, packaging);

- send an email letter to our email address (specified in the "Contacts" section) specifying the order ID, article code of the purchased product and substantiation for a refund;

– dispatch the product by regular mail to our mailing address.

If a customer claim for a refund, it is required to submit an application using the copy form we provide. The amount of the order can only be returned by wire transfer to a customer's bank account. If a customer pays with a bank card, the amount will come back to the same card. The refund is arranged only after receiving the parcel with a misfit or faulty product.

 

 

Conditions of a wholesale order refund  

Refund is granted only in case of non-conformity of the received product compared to the ordered one (non-conformity of the product's article code, color, the size on the tag/label), or in case of a faulty product. Please note that according to the Standard for textile products in the Republic of Belarus, 2 (two) centimeters size deviation is permissible. Thus such allowable deviation cannot be regarded as a defect.
